Wooden bunk bed house NIKOLA PLUS combines a safe construction, unique design and functional solutions. Thanks to its house-like form, this bunk bed for children becomes not only a comfortable sleeping space, but also an inspiring place for everyday play. In addition, the roof structure allows the installation of a canopy or safety ropes.

The PLUS version has a raised guardrail of 41 cm, which provides greater safety for the youngest. Moreover, the practical ladder can be mounted on either the left or right side, and additional accessories such as drawers or a gate allow the bed to be adapted to the needs of the whole family.

The NIKOLA PLUS bunk bed was created for parents who are looking for a piece of furniture that combines aesthetics, durability and practical features. Made of high-quality laminated pine wood, it guarantees strength and stability for years. What’s more, its unique house-shaped design gives the children’s room a cosy and original character. The roof allows you to install a canopy or a safety rope.

The NIKOLA PLUS model has a raised guardrail up to 41 cm, which makes your child sleep even more safely. Standard bunk beds have rails 33 cm high, whereas here the additional protective strip increases comfort and parents’ peace of mind. Moreover, this guardrail height allows the use of a mattress up to 15 cm thick!

Functional ladder and easy assembly

The practical ladder can be mounted on the left or right side of the long bed edge, which makes it easy to adapt to any room layout. Please note that changing sides after installation may leave visible holes at the front, so it is best to choose the side before assembly. The bed requires self-assembly according to the enclosed instructions. It is important to remember that in this model the roof is glued to the legs – these are the only glued parts, but this makes later disassembly of the roof impossible.

The solid laminated pine construction ensures that the bed is safe, durable and beautifully presented in the children’s room. Please remember to attach the bed to the wall – without this, the bed will not be 100% secure. The holes are prepared in the back legs, and screws should be purchased separately depending on the type of wall.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions about the NIKOLA PLUS bunk bed house

Can the NIKOLA PLUS bed be ordered with a greater height between the bunks?

Yes, this is possible. Simply contact us to arrange the details and request an individual height modification. Sometimes a specific height cannot be manufactured, therefore it is very important to specify right away the exact distance between the beds or the height of the upper bed in the bunk bed.

Can I buy the bed without the safety rail on the lower bunk?

Yes, we also offer a version of NIKOLA PLUS without the front safety rail on the lower bed. Thanks to this, the lower bed is more open and easier to use. If you want to purchase the bunk bed without the front rail on the lower part, please add this note in the order comment and we will make the modification for you :). For other modifications, it is best to contact us via email.

Can I remove the roof once I no longer need it?

The roof structure is attached to the legs with glue and dowels. Because of this, removing the roof is very problematic. The only solution is to cut the legs just below the slope to completely remove the roof, or to replace the legs with those from the FILIP PLUS bed.

1. Important Warnings:

The bed is intended for children over the age of 3.
Warning! The bed contains small parts, such as screws and dowels. Choking hazard. Keep small parts away from children under the age of 3.
The assembly of the bed must be carried out by an adult following the included instructions.
Regularly check that all assembly components are securely tightened to ensure safe use.
For bunk beds or loft beds, always attach them to the wall!
The slatted frame must be installed correctly. Since flex slatted frames are made of curved slats, they must be mounted with the curve facing upwards. Incorrect installation, with the curve facing downwards, may result in improper use and even pose a risk of falling!

2. Preparation for Assembly:

Ensure that you have all the parts listed in the package. If anything is missing or damaged, contact the manufacturer.
Choose a stable, level location for assembling the bed.
Use the tools specified in the instructions to avoid damaging the components.
If wall mounting is required, ensure you purchase appropriate wall plugs.
If you encounter any difficulties during assembly, contact the manufacturer for assistance to ensure proper bed installation. Improper assembly can pose safety risks and may lead to accidents during use!

3. Bed Usage Guidelines:

The bed is designed for indoor domestic use only.
Do not use the bed if any part is damaged or incomplete. In such cases, contact the manufacturer.
The upper bunk is intended only for children over the age of 4 to minimize the risk of falling.
Do not jump or place heavy loads on the bed exceeding the recommended weight limit (120 kg per level).
For loft and bunk beds, we do not recommend use unless the bed is securely attached to the wall.

4. Cleaning and Maintenance:

Clean wooden elements with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals that could damage the surface.
Avoid exposing the bed to water or high humidity to prevent wood deformation.
Since the wood is untreated and unpainted, you may choose to apply a finish on your own. Use products suitable for children’s beds. For varnishes and paints, we recommend using water-based products. Ensure that the paints and varnishes used have the appropriate certifications!

5. Disposal:

When the bed is no longer in use, dispose of all parts in accordance with local regulations. Wooden components and cardboard are recyclable.

With care for the environment and the high quality of our products, we source wood exclusively from Polish forests, ensuring responsible resource management. We can guarantee that no chemical agents are used in the production process – our wood remains completely natural.

Natural and Safe Wood

We use laminated pine (wood joined with micro-dowels) to manufacture our beds, ensuring exceptional durability and strength. The gluing process is carried out with safe adhesives that release minimal amounts of formaldehyde – their level is close to that of solid natural wood.

Our wood remains completely natural, without knots or resin pockets. This ensures that no part of the structure loses its stability.

No Chemical Coatings and Ready for Further Processing

We do not use varnishes, paints, or other chemical coatings – you receive pure, fragrant pine wood. The wood is sanded twice and chamfered, making it safe to use and perfectly prepared for further processing. If you want to coat it with varnish or stain, this should be done independently or by a specialized company.

Eco-Friendly Production

We strive to minimize waste – all wood scraps are passed on for further processing, such as the production of heating pellets. We make every effort to ensure that no material is wasted and that our production remains as sustainable as possible.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

We have reduced the use of non-recyclable materials to an absolute minimum. We avoid artificial fillers whenever possible, and our packaging is mainly made of cardboard, which is fully recyclable.
